St. Francis Building Committee

The first meeting of the St. Francis Building Committee was held on January 9, 2012 at St. Mary. Rules of conduct for the meetings and formation of some sub-committees was authorized. All meetings are open to the public. Published minutes of the meetings and agendas can be found on the St. Francis website.

The members and alternates have the right to fully participate in discussions at all meetings. The St. Francis Building Committee can also allow other individuals to participate in discussions because of their needed expertise. Diocesan officials always have the right to fully participate in discussions as well. Other individuals who wish to speak their concerns to the St. Francis Building Committee need to contact either Fr. Don, Fr. Greg or Matt Herrick in order to be put on the agenda.
